Adidas have partnered with French hip-hop act Les Twins to create this new campaign, allowing dancers to create music with their feet.
The video has been created to promote their new “Mega” brand, which is currently being pioneered in France. There are sensors in the shoes which work with a wireless transmitter that senses when pressure is applied to the front or back of the shoes. There is an accompanying interface which allows the dancers to customise the sounds created.
Whilst it will inevitably be a lot harder than they make it look, the video is great, and showcases the capability of the technology brilliantly.
What do you think of the technology? And how effective does it work as an advert for the brand? FB/T
