The iconic Stachus, Munich staged the recent launch of Microsoft’s new headlining offering, the Kinect. The event saw the use of a Kinect inspired interactive projection map display and crowds of people getting involved.

Though only inspired by the Kinect technology, Project Natal has been astounding since it’s demo at E3. I hope I wasn’t the only one that freaked out when she passed a note written on a piece of paper through the TV to the Bill Gates digital son in the game. The games that have been launched so far, and more interestingly the 3rd party Kinect hacking that’s been going on goes to show that we’re at the very beginning of this technology, and it’s going to be big.

Have you jumped on the bandwagon and bought a Kinect? Seen a better interactive display than this? Let us know.
