Our first month since launch is drawing to a close, and I personally think it’s been pretty successful. Since BTE4 we’ve expanded our horizons massively whilst retaining a clearly defined focus and content strategy. Our brand image has developed massively, and we’re beginning to really work out where we fit into the bigger picture of the blog world.

We have noticed a few gaps though, and it’s for this reason we’re looking to expand. One of the main areas we feel we’re under delivering in is female fashion, and we’re in a good position to fill that gap right now, so we’re looking to you, the readers, to take it into your own hands.

Are you a female with a keen eye for fashion?
Are you tech savvy and always up to date with the latest web platforms?
Are you an avid social networker, always looking to expand your influence?
Are you a trend hunter, willing to dedicate your time to finding the world’s most interesting and innovative new developments?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, you’re exactly what we’re looking for. We’ve got a clearly defined vision for the blog and where we want to take it, and to do so, we need to bring someone on board who fits that criteria. We’re not looking for someone to babysit while we hunt for new content, we’re looking for someone to hold a direct impact in the formation of the blog. Micro management isn’t part of our ethos, and we want to put you at the forefront of our progression.

About Felix Morgan

Between the hours of 9-6 I work as a Creative Technologist at Billington Cartmell, a creative ad agency. I’m obsessed with all things new, which led to me working in the innovation team at my company. I’m an absolute media junkie, and try and keep on top of all the latest music, films, TV shows and games, which prompted me to found Control The Riot.
