We’re rapidly approaching our first month since the relaunch, and it feels like it’s been a year. We’ve already put up over 70 posts, covering a wide range of different fields, and content has been moving quickly. We’re rapidly approaching our first month since the relaunch, and it feels like it’s been a year. We’ve already put up over 70 posts, covering a wide range of different fields, and content has been moving quickly. It’s time for our second fortnightly recap, reminding you of all the best stuff the last 2 weeks have had to offer.

There’s been some great music releases recently, and some essential tracks you won’t want to miss out on.

Addiction #103 – First up was Addiction 103, setting the mood for the weekend with some great new tracks.
Band Spotlight – First Aid Kit – Adam took a look at an upcoming Swedish band, First Aid Kit.
Recovery #103 – He then followed it up with a great track pack to aid recuperation on the morning after the night before.
I’m In The Magazines, I’m On The TV, No Matter Where You Are You Might See Me – The Kid Cudi song we’ve all come to grow and love over the past few months, Erase Me, finally dropped it’s official video.
Band Spotlight – Manchester Orchestra – Adam followed it up with a really interesting spotlight on the ATL band, Manchester Orchestra, including multiple videos and songs for your consideration.
Addiction #104 – I wrapped things up with another Addiction pack, giving you songs from a wide range of artists to prepare for the weekend ahead.

We always like to find innovative design pieces to cover as well, and these two weeks have been no exception.

The City And You – First up was a new collaborative project from BMW and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation exploring urban life.
Grand Designs Live – Pete attended the Grand Designs Live exhibition, and wrote this write up covering the event.
The World Is Full Of Interesting Things – Tom Uglow, a Creative Director at Google, put together this amazing presentation on the most innovative uses of technology, and we handpicked our favourite selections from it.

JB has been taking charge of our fashion posts, bringing the latest trends in street fashion, as well as dabbling in different styles.

ATHF G Shock – JB wrote an interesting post about a new collaboration watch between Aqua Teen Hunger Force and G Shock.
New Era Design Competition – We covered the interesting New Era Design competition, showcasing some of the weirdest and wildest fashion pieces of recent months.
3sixteen Fall Drop – We had a look at the new lookbook from upcoming designers 3sixteen.
Imagination – Shepard Fairey & Obey – JB wrote a great thought piece about his favourite designer, Shepard Fairey.
This Is Not A Suit – Adrian Sauvages has put together an interesting video for his latest collection, titled This Is Not A Suit.

There’s always a few posts that don’t fit anywhere else. We’ve been trying to find some innovative new approaches to expand our content from the regular news coverage, and have been working on a few thought pieces which we’d love to get some feedback on.

Buried Review – I wrote my thoughts on the latest Ryan Reynolds film, Buried. Don’t worry, spoilers not included.
127 Hours Trailer – Adam had a look at the upcoming Danny Boyle film, 127 hours, based on the true story of a backpacker exploring Australia. Looks fantastic.
Are You An Influencer? – We posted the trailer up for the upcoming R-I Creative feature, Influencers. The documentary will look at the most influential people in the world, and what it takes to become truly innovative.
Ask Hoodie Allen – We’ve got an upcoming interview with hip-hop artist Hoodie Allen, and we’re looking for your input on what you’d like to hear from him. Let us know asap!
Je T’aime Marina…Moi Non Plus – The first in a series of articles we’re putting together where we look at our most inspirational female creatives. This first one was written by myself, and looked at Marina Diamandis.
Je T’aime Nicki Minaj – JB followed it up with a look at his most inspirational female, Nicki Minaj.
When There Is No Sky Left – Adam took a look at the future of skyscrapers, and a few of the most interesting concepts for new buildings.
Tech Innovation #3 – Pete took a look at the most innovative mobile phone concepts in the world.
