MOST WANTED

When we're not busy running 10ks, watching the latest blockbuster movies or popping off to see opera being performed in a bar, we're picking our favourite new products to share with you each week. Check out our top 6 most-wanteds and let us know what you're lusting after this week.

  • Cintiq 24HD

In last weeks Most Wanted my gadget of choice was the Miscrosoft Surface, one of the reasons I gave for this decision was it's ability to become a graphics tablet. This week I've found Wacoms response to Microsofts incursion. For those who don't know Wacom have been making graphics tablets for years are are something of an industry leader, now that portable tablets are commonplace they've presumably started to feel the squeeze and so have decided to release the Cintiq 24HD touch, a large graphics screen with all the accuracy of their graphics tablet but now with both integrated HD screen and multi touch features. If you want one of these beauties you may want to think twice as they will cost in the region of £2k but for some artists this bit of tech will be worth it.

This 40cm square cushion has a gorgeous, quirky charm about it. I'm loving the scrappy illustration style and simple design, and it would brighten up almost any sofa! It comes with the cushion pad, so it's a bit of a bargain at £20!

  • Clarks Original Nubuck Desert Boots

There is no better starting point for a new footwear collection than the Clarks Desert Boot. The suede is good quality, they’re light enough to keep cool in the summer and incredibly comfy, and they will suit any occasion. For the money you won’t get a better quality or more versatile pair of shoes. Whilst most people might defer automatically to the Beeswax ones, I’m a big fan of the Nubuck pair and think they go brilliantly with an outfit comprising of blues and brown leather details.

About Alex Bucktin

I'm a graphic designer for a London ad agency but being creative isn't just a 9-5 thing for me. Its part of everyday life. I have an unhealthy obsession with typography, I ski like I have a death wish and my ideal afternoon would be spent walking the dogs and baking french macaroons. I collect china tea cups and shoes, and have no idea what I want to be when I finally grow up.
