So, its been one of those heavy weekends, you can’t remember anything but you know you had a good time. Everything would be just fine if only you could get rid of that ridiculous hangover? Well here at control the riot, we know your pain, and would love to help ease it, so we have provided you with some chilled out songs to help take your minds of the torture.

First of, my number one track for this week has to be Blood, by the Middle East. This Austrailian band, reigning from Queensland, provide a hauntingly beautiful song about family. They sound like a calmed down version of Mumford & Sons, and can rival their song writing skills any day.

The next couple of tracks from Bibio and Houses are extremely chilled, lo-fi pieces which will calm and relax.

This week i’ve decided to include Dance The Way I FeelĀ  by Ou Est Le Swimming Pool as a tribute to their frontman Charles Haddon, who took his life after performing at Pukkelpop last month.

Last but not least i’ve included the new Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip song, two chilled dubstep songs, and a more lively Foster the People song which, hopefully, will get you back into gear for the rest of your sunday afternoon.

The Middle East – Blood
Bibio – Haikuesque
Houses – Lost in Blue
Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip – Cauliflower
Ou Est Le Swimming Pool – Dance The Way I Feel
Sunday Girl – Four Floors (Diplo Remix)
The Black Ghosts – Full Moon (Marlow Remix)
Foster the People – Pumped up Kicks

Let me know which tracks you enjoyed this week, ciao.
