The Brooklyn duo, The Knocks, have had a great year so far. After releasing their EP “Magic” at the end of last year they’ve grown exponentially, supporting Ellie Goulding on tour and being named by NME as one of the top 20 producers in music right now. They’ve collaborated with B.o.B, Big Boi, and Calvin Harris and have upcoming tours with M.I.A. and Sleigh Bells, and this song is their latest release since their massively successful cover of M83′s Midnight City.

It’s hard to describe the music they produce, as it seems simultaneously mellow and upbeat, care free and reflective, fun and thoughtful. They use funky electro beats layered with catchy vocals which all culminates in an easy listening track that would feel just as relevant on a Friday evening as on a Sunday afternoon.

What do you think of the track? How does it compare to Midnight City? Let us know in the comments!
